How do I pick up prescriptions?

We have made it super simple to get your prescriptions through River Health. All medications on our formulary are $0 for a month's worth.

➤ Local Pharmacy Pick Up
Conveniently pick up formulary medication with your virtual River Health Prescription Card. Access your card from your River Health Account > Profile > Prescription Card.

➤ Home Delivery Method
Mail-order prescriptions are only available through virtual care. If your River Health virtual care provider writes a prescription, we will deliver it to your doorstep at no additional cost.

How much does it cost?

Prescriptions in our formulary are $0 with your River Health Prescription Card. You must pay out-of-pocket if your prescription is not in our formulary. View our full list of medications here.

I need a prescription refill.

Sign in to your River Health account and select Prescription Refill to get started. Your virtual care provider will review the visit and and refill your prescriptions.

How do I get a flu shot?

1. Go to any local pharmacy offering flu vaccinations. Many local pharmacies like CVS can administer flu shots on site.
2. Use your virtual Prescription Card to pay. Conveniently access the card at app.helloriver.com > Prescription Card.
