How do I cancel my plan?

To cancel your membership, click here to complete our cancelation questionnaire. Your membership will be canceled within 48 hours of submitting a cancelation request.

‍Please Note: If you no longer work for an employer that offers River Health as a benefit, you can keep your River Health account, doctor, or therapist and pay monthly. You will receive an email from River with an updated fee schedule.

How do I change or upgrade my plan?

To change or upgrade your plan, please get in touch with support for assistance. Member Support is available during business hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST.

How do I add family members?

To add family members, sign in to your River Health Account, Select Profile > Add Family.
