How do I update my payment information?

To update your payment method, log in to your River Health account > Click on your name > Select Profile > Payment information.

When is my next payment?

Your subscription payment takes place on the same day every month. For example, if you enrolled on the first day of the month, your plan payment will be on the first day of every month.If you are not sure when your billing started? Contact Support below for more information.

Is my plan on auto-payment?

Yes! Your River Health plan is a monthly subscription plan. Payment is collected once a month via the credit card you have on file or through payroll deductions.

How do I request a reimbursement?

To request reimbursement for a primary care office visit, log in to your River Health Account and select > Profile > Reimbursement.
