Your River Health card should be used to pay for doctor's office visits. The Essentials Plan includes three (3) no-cost office visits, while the Complete Plan comes with five (5) free doctor's visits.
The River Health card pays for only your examination during an office visit.What about labs? Any lab testing requested by your doctor should be faxed to River Health at +1 218-319-4638 or emailed to team@helloriver.com. We will order the tests and provide you with a lab requisition form to complete the labs. You will be responsible for any blood drawn or lab work you do at the clinic.
